BOARD & MANAGEMENT
3PL has a Board of Directors comprising of Executive and Non-Executive Directors with the right mix to make for effective governance. The management of 3PL is agile and well-resourced with a digital framework to support a hybrid workplace configuration for efficiency and effectiveness. The Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees two directorates headed by Executive Directors.
Dauda Ndirpaya ILIYA
CHAIRMANIliya Dauda is a professional banker with over 30 years of experience, including 5 years as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Board Credit Committee at Unity Bank. He now runs DNI Consult, a financial and management consulting firm, and sits on the boards of several private limited companies. He is a graduate of Business Administration and holds an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University. He is also a member of various professional organizations and served as Secretary Board of Trustees of Kidney Care.
Engr. Onataze Messiri
MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEOOnataze Messiri is the Principal Partner at Tata Messiri Consultants, with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Post Graduate diploma in Techno-Economics from Metallurgical and Engineering Consultants, Ranchi, India. He has professional qualifications in Radiographic Testing and Ultrasonic Testing, as well as PERT/CPM Techniques and Value Engineering. He is also a member of various professional organizations, including the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Council for the Registration of of Engineers in Nigeria. He is a co-founder of Phoenix Park Projects Ltd.
Engr. Eleojo Lucas Negedu
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICERNegedu Eleojo is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, banking, and infrastructure development. He has held senior roles at EWT Microfinance Bank, Urban Development Bank of Nigeria Plc, and Bank of Industry. Negedu is a registered civil engineer and banker with extensive experience in civil engineering design, project development, financial advisory services, and management. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker and Public Private Partnership Transaction expert. Negedu has provided services to the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency and co-founded Phoenix Park Projects Ltd. He has undergone training programs in several countries and won various awards, including a Special Award from the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers in 2018.
Joyce Akpata, LL.B, BL, ACIArb, FCIS, MBA
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORAkpata Joyce is a Law and MBA graduate who has excelled in publishing, training, and management. She has successfully managed the turnaround of Non-Profit membership organizations while advocating for international trade and economic development policies. She has also completed various courses and programs, including senior management at Lagos Business School and associate membership at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK. She is currently a consultant to the European Union and has previously held leadership roles at the Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she has served as Head of Legal Administration and Company Secretary in different companies.
Emmanuel Dangana
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORDangana Emmanuel is a Legal Practitioner, Arbitrator and Notary Public with over 20 years of experience. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 1998. He graduated from the University of Jos Nigeria with an LL.B, and LL.M. He is involved in Advisory and Consultancy services on varied areas of law. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association, (NBA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, and currently the Chairman, Professional Practice Group (PPG) of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). Actively involved in mentoring and training programs relating to Corporate Governance for start-ups, SME's and corporate organizations.
Ibrahim Usman. B.ENG, MBA
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORIbrahim Usman is a 1975 graduate of Building Engineering, he holds an MBA in Finance and International Business at Graduate School of Business Columbia University, New York City. Former Vice President (North West Zone) Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Chairman Infrastructure Committee MAN, Board Chairman Manufacturers Power Development Company Ltd (MAN Subsidiary), and former MD/CEO Premier Commercial Bank PLC, AGM (Corporate Finance) Nigerian Merchant Bank.
Mohammed Yola Datti. BSC, MBA, FCA
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORMohammed Datti is a retired General Manager from the National Pension Commission with experience in various positions in finance, accounting, and auditing. He holds a degree in accounting and an MBA, is a chartered accountant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Mr. Datti is an expert in financial regulation and supervision, contributory pension schemes, financial accounting, and leadership programs, and has facilitated CBN Bank Examiners and Pension Examiners Programmes.
Alexander Emessiri
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORICT solutions integrator Mr. Emessiri is the CEO of a Belgian based company called Advanced Functional Technologies sprl. Being specialized in Unix systems and message transfer protocols, Mr Emessiri has supported and trained, as a consultant, EU member states in the adoption and deployment of AS4 based message transfer and EDI technologies. Through AFT consultancy services, Mr Emessiri has assisted foreign missions, and companies in the private sector to adopt ICT best practices and enhanced operational competency through the integration of critical functional solutions. Mr Emessiri is currently leveraging his experience in the logistics sector.
Babatunde Sobanjo, Ph.D. - FINANCE
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORBabatunde Sobanjo obtained his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University Minneapolis, MBA Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, Chicago. Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria 1979, and Certified Government Auditing Professional. Currently an Audit Manager in the State of Texas, USA. He has several business interests and is a technology enthusiast
Adele Dzikwi Garkida Ph.D
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORAdele Garkida is a lecturer and researcher at Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria. She holds a PhD in Industrial Design with a specialization in Glass Technology and has won various awards and grants, including the Fulbright Scholarship. Her research interests include waste glass and granite sawing waste recycling, and the safety of ceramic tableware. Adele has published several papers, possesses proposal writing and project coordination skills, and has executed community projects on women's health, girl child education, and women's empowerment. She is the Pioneer Head of Department of Glass and Silicate Technology at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is currently the first female President of the Fulbright Alumni Association of Nigeria.
Chuma Henry Maduekwe B.Sc, M.sc, FCA
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORChuma Maduekwe is a multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountant with experience in Consulting, Private Equity Investments, and Operational Management in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors in Nigeria. He specializes in investment promotion, new venture creation, deal structuring and negotiations, strategic business analysis, financial and management accounting, and audit reviews. He has supervised the erection and commissioning of several power generating plants in Nigeria and is now involved in developing new power projects and a chain of single specialty hospitals across Nigeria.
